The Fly Brave Foundation is a 100% volunteer driven non-profit led by an army of volunteers, parents and a dedicated Board of Directors. It was founded in January 2016 in response to a need for continued support for adults with developmental disabilities who have aged out of the school system. As its staff does not operate on salary, there is no administrative overhead; every donation received impacts the programs offered. Fly Brave's mission is to open an employment-workforce training program for adults with developmental disabilities, focusing on three essential building blocks; vocational training, social skills, and living a healthy lifestyle.

Their base of operations is currently rented rooms at their local community center. As they have outgrown the space, they are fundraising to move into their first commercial home.

Fly Brave offers the following programs year around, FREE OF CHARGE.
