I wanted the tire to mount on the passenger side, so this was the only option I found. Good quality parts, all metal and great detail. No instructions, though, so had to rely on these photos to get it right. Easy assembly. All of the M1 button head screws protrude out from the back of the black metal frame, which isn't ideal but won't show for the most part. My main gripe is that the carrier uses a M2 screw to hold it shut. A functioning latch like the other carriers would be an improvement, especially considering the price of this one.
