Go Scale Day with The Anti Scale Club

On May 2, 2026, what started as a simple idea among four friends turned into a standout event for the local RC community. Team Driver Neil Leyesa, alongside Randy, Josh, and Henry—better known as the Anti Scale Scale Club—hosted their second-ever invite-only scale trail run in celebration of RC4WD's Go Scale Day.  And by all accounts, it was a resounding success.

From Small Crews to Big Turnout

Despite being a tight-knit group of just four members, the club pulled off an impressive gathering. Around 40 participants showed up, bringing with them an incredible variety of scale rigs and enthusiasm that set the tone for the entire day. For a second attempt at hosting, the turnout alone was a huge milestone—and a sign that the scale RC community is thriving.

The main event, of course, was the scale trail run. Drivers navigated the course with skill and creativity, showing off not just their driving ability but also the realism and detail of their builds. Whether tackling technical terrain or cruising scenic sections, everyone got a chance to put their rigs to the test and enjoy the shared experience.

Adding a competitive edge to the day, the team introduced a Show N Shine segment. With only one trophy up for grabs, the stakes were high. Participants brought their best, showcasing detailed craftsmanship, custom modifications, and true-to-scale aesthetics.

The winner didn’t just walk away with bragging rights—they also received a special prize: an RC4WD FJ55 body set, generously donated by Neil himself. It was a highlight moment that captured the spirit of the event: passion, creativity, and community.

To top it all off, the team organized a scale gear giveaway in honor of RC4WD's Go Scale Day. The response was overwhelmingly positive, with participants excited to take home a piece of the celebration. It added an extra layer of fun and appreciation for everyone who came out to support the event.

For the Anti Scale Scale Club, this event marked more than just a successful day—it was proof that even a small group can create something meaningful for the community. With strong turnout, great participation, and plenty of smiles all around, the future looks bright for their next trail run.
