RC4WD is working diligently to ensure that, even though some shipping options are currently unavailable to certain countries, we will work to continue to get packages delivered to our customers. Please note that during this time, some of you may experience delayed shipments. We are continuing to monitor this and will keep this updated with the most up to date information as we get it.
Update September 3, 2021:
As of Friday, September 3, 2021, USPS temporarily suspended some international services to Australia. This suspension is due to COVID-19 transportation cancellations and restrictions. Impacted services include the following:
- Basic Service (8/21 Days)
- Airmail (14-42 Business Days)
USPS has also confirmed all packages which have not been processed by the International Service Center (ISC) will be processed as “Return to Sender”.

International Mail Service Disruptions Due to COVID-19
As a result of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, Postal ServiceTM Priority Mail® products and First-ClassTM packages may temporarily experience delivery delays due to limited transportation availability.
The Postal Service continually reviews its network capacity to provide the American public reliable, efficient, and fast delivery service.
The following countries have announced service disruptions: Australia, Georgia. For more information visit USPS.COM
IMPORTANT NOTE: All Shipping Partners have suspended all guarantees on shipping times. Areas affected severely by pandemic may cause packages to be held and in cases even returned to the sender. RC4WD cannot be held responsible for new shipment charges that may result due to returned packages.
