An Important Update and Our Apology to Our Customers At RC4WD, our mission has always been to deliver products you can trust and love. Recently, we discovered a manufacturing error affecting a limited number of our tires, and we want to address it directly, transparently, and sincerely.
We have identified an issue with some of our tires cracking prematurely. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we launched a full internal review. We take this situation very seriously.

Warranty Replacement Terms & Conditions Cracked RC Tires |
1. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in cracking or structural failure of our tires under normal, intended use. The warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized dealers or directly from RC4WD. 2. Warranty Period
The warranty period is 2 years from the original purchase date, as verified by a valid proof of purchase.
3. What Is Covered
- Cracks or splits in the tire rubber caused by material or manufacturing defects.
- Tires that show these cracks or splits prematurely under normal RC vehicle use.
4. What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage or cracking caused by:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Improper installation or mounting.
- Use on surfaces or conditions not intended for the tire (e.g., extreme heat, chemicals, sharp objects).
- Accidents, impacts, or collisions.
- Modifications or alterations to the tires.
5. Warranty Claim Process
To request a replacement:
- Contact our support team at [email protected]
- Provide proof of purchase and clear photos showing the cracked area(s).
- Our warranty team will review your claim within 3 business days.
- If approved, a replacement tire (or tire set) will be shipped at no cost to the customer.
6. Replacement Policy
- Replacement products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
- If the exact model is no longer available, RC4WD may offer an equivalent or upgraded replacement at its discretion.
7. Limitations of Liability
RC4WD’s liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective tires under this warranty.The company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product failure. |
