I bought a pr. of these beauties the day they were released, since I missed my chance w/ the 1st. versions. As a apprentice machinist I really was impressed w/ the fit, finish,& the superior design/construction over the I++t R/C versions,(I have those too!)RC4WD's axles are approx. 0.125"larger in height, yet in width they only are 0.010"narrower in width,(in comparing the square sections of each). The steering "carriers" are also much thicker & beefier looking as well.Another plus was RC4WD's 3 pc. design incorporates a machined seem or lip that not only leads to a cleaner look, but also helps to interlock/align the sections cleanly & accurately.Oh,and for you guys wondering if the alum. upper diff. cover would fit on Tamiya's stock housing -the answer is YES since I was wondering the same! Even though they don't have the rect. leaf spring mounts that the Jugg. versions had,(did n't care for them anyway),it does appear that the increase in case dimensions will still allow you to slip on the TXT's bumper/susp. brackets w/out having to worry about using any shims. So for you builders wanting either the ultimate "bling" item for your current or upcoming project,or for you bashers out there still busting off the stock steering brackets don't wait any longer 'cause these are the TXT/Jugg. cases to have! You won't be disappointed. Thanks RC4WD a Clod Killer on the way! Regards, Jamison
